To ensure you get the best possible outcome for your landscape and pool project, we offer the following warranty on our work:

180 Days – All plants, shrubs, trees, vines and cacti are covered under our 180 day limited warranty from the date that your project is completed with replacement ensured with 180 days after the initial installation.

1 Year – We use only top-of-the line equipment and supplies, thus your irrigation system, including emitters, the main line, the timer clock and valves come with a one-year limited warranty from the date your project is completed.

2 Year – The majority of all of our hardscapes, including masonry, flagstone, concrete and pavers have a two-year limited warranty from the date your project is completed.

3 Year - All of our projects come backed with a written warranty that outlines our guarantees on the work we provide. Every aspect of our projects provides different lengths of guarantees, but New Image covers ALL of our projects with a 3-year workmanship warranty! This warranty covers obvious defects in workmanship on every aspect of our project – and basically takes care of any major issues that haven’t stood the test of time & “normal” wear & tear.
